I do have a theory and it seems likely but it seems like the Ghoul Room might have been the Gothic Mansion and while that seems far-fetched at first based on how the Gothic Mansion looks and how it doesn't have much you can see some similarities and resemblance and based on the untextured staircases and whatnot it might have been that as one of the Gothic Mansion pics has or features spiral staircase similar to the one in the outside of the Ghoulroom another thing is that there are door frames that seemingly lead nowhere it seems like the Ghoul Room might have been a heavily cut off or reduced version of the Gothic Mansion and when you look at all the inconsistencies and the empty door frames that lead nowhere you can see it yourself it seems like it would have been the case and if it is then at least I guess In a way we did get to play in the Gothic Mansion in the final game in Class of Spook'em High? (even if it is like 5% of the Gothic Mansion)
