RV Trip from Cape Cod to Upstate, New York ...

We went from Cape Cod on our first FULL TIME trip with the RV to Connecticut and then to Upstate New York in Accord, New York. It was our first full trip as a FULL TIME RVING family! We had sold everything and left behind whatever we felt we didn't need to explore the Country Full Time.
We learned a lot during a RV Route Planning... some good and some scary, but always positive. We loved our stop at GrandView CampResort and Cottages in Moodus, CT. Since it was our first trip fully loaded we wanted to make sure not to push the distances too far and make sure we had a nicer spot to stop in the first night. This campground hit the mark perfectly. Then we headed off to our first ever Thousand Trails campsite in Accord, NY. We are very happy to have joined Thousand Trails, since we are a full time couple we like the ability to keep our campground costs as low as comfort will allow. Make sure to watch our episode from Accord, NY where we find an awesome butcher and farm to pick our own fruits and vegetables.
We encountered all sorts of fun in the first trip as a Full Time RVing family and wanted to share them with you all.

This was the start of our Full Time RVing Life. We were starting to understand how RV Trip Wizard works and made a few mistakes along the way, but it was the start of a fun life that we are still loving almost a full year later. It is great for us to go back and make these videos and reminisce about all the travel and fun.

We found that there were a few campgrounds on the east coast that you couldn’t follow your GPS for! I always try to look at the campgrounds website, they normally will mention it! Glad you guys knew beforehand though so you didn’t get stuck! Hope you guys are having a good week ✌🏻Maggie and Brandon
