Great job. Not judging at all but for me what works is not letting it get to this point cause that just intensities anxiety feeling down and bla. I try to clean my house every night (I got 3 floors) so I wake up to a normal clean home it’s an instant mood booster trust me. It’s ok to leave some dishes or laundry but at least put away things and broom. Try it one night of the week I promise you’ll wake up feeling much better.
