Actually, vaccines technically can be purchased and administered by a non-vet, though it's not necessarily a good idea. If you pick the wrong location it may squirt out and waste the dose, as well as be more painful for the dog. Vaccines may also only be purchased in bulk; I think I remember the smallest quantity is still over 100, so it would only be worth it if you need to vaccinate many dogs.

how about with the thick mucus discharge from the nose, difficulty breathing, they just smell the food but dont want to eat for more than a week, vomits, sneeze, and blood with mucus in their stool.
there were five dogs in our place have that symptoms, two are already dead.
