I found this video very interesting. I do not have any plans to start a business but I am interested in the behind-the-scenes aspects to a business. Such as how do you decide how much inventory you need to buy so that you have enough to cover orders you hope to get balanced against how much of your own money you may need to spend to acquire the inventory? What type of accounting software do you use to keep track of the money you spend (to acquire the inventory, or to pay employees) and keep track of accounts receivable? How do you decide which companies to work with for the products you have in your shop? And many more questions. I find the "business" part of a business so interesting!
