Red Velvet Panacotta Recipe:

Water - 3 tbsp
Gelatin - 1½ tbsp
White Chocolate (chopped) - 150 gms
Red Food Colour - A Few Drops (Optional)
Milk - 280ml
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Fresh Cream - 300 ml
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Instructions:

1. Soak the gelatin in water for 10-15 mins.

2. Chop up the chocolate until fine and set aside in a bowl.

3. In a saucepan, heat the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla essence.

4. Pour this mixture into the bowl of chocolate when it just comes up to a boil.

5. Add the gelatin and mix until well combined.

6. Pour into small portion bowls and chill for 3-4 hours.

Cooking Tips:

1. To de-mold the panacotta, soak the bowl in warm water for a few seconds and tip it on a plate.

2. White chocolate can be replaced with any chocolate of your choice- milk/ dark chocolate.
