We bought a special kong toy that we put togheter and put small dog treats or kibbles and on the normal kong we put cheese or peanut butter, I already mix, eggs, cheese and youghurt togheter and freeze it

Great stuff! I stuff Kong with a dab of honey, some yoghurt lil bit of cheese and some peanutbutter, a couple of small cat kibbles.. and put in freezer. One for each dog. 
That and I feel that really chewing and working on raw, appropriate non weight bearing bones for your dog's size and chewing habits, are perfect stress relievers.
My dogs look forward to me leaving for work...
