What can I say it should be labeled as the green Black Madeira . This fig has incredible depth in flavor, sweetness and a uniqueness to it. It is not a rich berry flavor Fig. It has a very noticeable and distinct flavor. It is sweet but different like Black Madeira. It is somewhat late ripening and a bit of a challenge to root sometimes. Cosme Manyo comes from the Balearic Islands in Mallorca. It is a common fig anybody can grow it. We will have cuttings available on our website around december at profigusa .com
