Recipe:
honestly don’t bother making the tortillas from scratch i wasted my time lol

BUT the kung pao chicken:

- velvet your chicken with
- salt
- baking powder
- water
- dark soy sauce
- shaoxing cooking wine
- corn starch
- finish with oil
- shallow fry your chicken and strain
- then in the same pan,
- fry your aromatics: ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, sichuan peppercorn powder
- pour in sauce ( make it extra saucy for the tacos)
- soy
- dark soy
- shaoxing rice wine
- water
- chinese black vinegar
- sugar
- msg
- corn starch
- sichuan peppercorn powder
- let it reduce
- put chicken back in
- throw in chopped green onion, and toasted peanuts
- stir fry for 10 seconds, and off heat
- Load your taco with toppings of your choice
- i just did cheese, cilantro, chilis and a little lime
- GRUB
