Arrow three was not developed in the US. It was developed in Israel, when tests were conducted in the US because of their huge geographical and Ariel space. All Israeli air defense systems are a result of decades of experience and bright minds doing some crazy math.

The Arrow missiles both 2 and 3 are not a product of the US. They were developed and engineered in Israel for decades. And now they are protecting the US-Alaskan border with Russia. plus they're deployed on aircraft carriers. This is the most sophisticated air defense system in the world.
