Amber and family, honesty is key. its okay to feel broken. its okay to be down but dont live there. stay there as long as you need but dont live there. River is the light of your life, he is with you when the winds blows, when it rains, when the light peeks through the trees. I am grieving a family member as well. Its not easy with the panic, the anxiety attacks, the what ifs? but, we have to live for them. we have to continue. ad hard as it is, as much as we dont want too, we have to continue life for them.
