Thanks for that Gordy. I would love to have a feature where the bot automatically pops up and triggers a conversation in 10 seconds after the website loads so that visitor dont have to click the bot icon.

Thanks for the Explanation! Is it possible to let the bot text first and have a little red 1on the icon like we knew it from other messengers? This way the customer wants to know what is happening and who has written him a message and interacts with the icon so that a conversation is most likely

Is there any event to show and hide a spinner for instance I need to invoke a api call before doing it should show a spinner and once the api response received it should hide it ?

How do I use TRIGGER to START the conversation when a certain phrase is being detected when the USER FIRST send the message to the BOT? In my case, Whatsapp. Whatsapp can be used for businesses and personal so my clients would definitely want the bot to be activated in ALL his/her chats with her friends. Do you have a video on this? I've tried Trigger, Hooks and even trying to use INTENT (which is the closest of working but didn't).... Please kindly advice. #Botpress #Triggers

About trigger first message, ok. But what's the difference between using the Personality Agent and use this AI task? and why we have to disable all the agents?
