This is a perfect park flyer. You can't hear it at all and the landscaping guy is louder. Your insights on how to improve flight time are spot on. Strange that GEPRC would make such silly mistakes.

Would like to see a 2S conversion as well. I think the flight time and battery sag can be solved with 48khz firmware as you suggested. I think GEPRC made a goof on that. Thanks as always for the honest and transparent reviews!

The size and weight are awesome for a park or neighborhood flyer. The run time is a bit low, but it’s a 1s 550mah. Nice tip on the motor output adjustment for less battery sag. 2s conversion, yes please.

Excellent size kwad for flying around small playgrounds or backyards. I prefer 2S with slightly bigger motors. My first open prop build was the Happymodel Mantis85. Fun size, quiet. Happy flying everyone. 😎

Thanks for your thoughts. I had the same thoughts and ordered yesterday the frame just to transfer my pavopico guts into it. I recently converted my pico to o4 light just to realize it is still not that different to my Pavo20.
So my build will definitely be 2s. The betafpv AIO 20a. 1102 from the pico and an o4 light. Looking forward to that build. 😊

I've got this drone exactly, though I'm a bit bummed about the battery sag and performance. Stock, doing a 550 mAh battery, I can fly around 2, 2.5min outside before I can really start feeling the sag. Inside, I can push it to 4 min. A 750mAh is a bit better outside with the flight time of around 3 min before the battery sag, and around 3.5min doable flight time. Inside, it gets to around 4.5min. I also have an 850, but that thing is too heavy for the drone, and gets pretty much a little bit worse performance than the 750. Love the tip about motor output, gonna try it out right now.

Would love to see a 2S conversion! Is there a digital camera that the drone would fit comfortably? Would love to do an upgrade at some point :) Though I'm a bit worried about putting in DJI, as you said, it seems very tight.
