connector for the iPhone 5, called Lightning. The new connector
replaces the 30-pin connector, which first launched in 2003.

They needed to do this for space wise, if anyone knows anything about iphone hardware you would know how much space the 30 pin used up of the iphones...

@Andrew Lee sorry but the lumia is not better its a single core cpu running at 800mgz and it runs windows... The galaxy s3 now there is something that beats the iphone
