Takedowns on champions make Statikk Shiv lightning strike up to 186 targets, that's probably fine.
Problem is, Electroshocks from different takedowns stack - so in ARAM you just have penta kills happening left and right.
Oh and by the way, allies can also proc that Shiv for you (they somehow take the kills from you though).

It's so ridiculous that Wukong's W is still coded as a takedown for him with exceptions everywhere to avoid him benefitting from it (Death's Dance). Every new on-takedown effect is bugged on Wukong's W until they fix it by adding yet another exception
