According to some of the comments, this was filmed in Thailand or Vietnam, which seems like great crocodile habitat. It took some bravery or insanity for him to twirl about in chest-deep water to film a music video.

I remember the first time I ever heard this song. I was on 4 hits of special delivery. For a while afterwards, I called this "the boing song" after the sound they used on top of the snare drum. It was on a friend of mines mix tape back around 1993. I didn't actually find out the name of the song until about 3 months later.
