It would worth the money if the mobile gaming market would be good enough. But we are not there. The most played games of 2023 are basically flash games from 2005.

What a beast of a gaming phone, but seeing as Asus will be moving to the PC handheld arena, I'm much more looking forward to that for a true AAA gaming experience like for Diablo 4 than just mobile games 🤓

Considering it's as expensive as the latest IPhone this isn't that expansive compared to the mainstream flagship phones.
This also come with accessories that IPhone does like a charger.
I'll probably grab this one, mine is old and getting slow, it also might eliminate my biggest problem with the new phones which is overheating, even if I need an external cooler, which comes with the phone

Great review guys. You guys are awesome. This is probably the best well rounded gaming phone. Not a ton has changed, but it's still the best. One thing though: for racing games, you may wanna use the triggers for braking, acceleration and/or nitrous rather than steering the car. Anyways, keep it up!!!

I am not a phone gamer but I can tell you that I was looking for a replacement of my OnePlus 7T Pro Maclaren. For a person who hates notches, etc and love listening to music, this is the best option.

I personally feel the upgrade is not worth the price...They Have also made a major cost cutting by removing ESS SABRE QUAD DAC after ROG 5...so the audio quality through earphones and the power to drive high impedance headphones is going to be not as great as rog 5...
atleast they should have given a display with QHD+ resolution

Verify that VoLTE is working if you are considering to use this phone as a daily driver. ASUS has a history with some of their phones not having VolTE/VoWifi enabled and working.

All reviews on this phones are crap including this. A gaming phone need to be reviewed like a gaming phone first, rather than just like any other regular all round phone. Including all it's accessories, usage in games, stability of frame rate, controller support, etc.... I don't know what's happening with the reviewers now days.
