if you play gamma there is a way to unlock them without using the console dunno bout anomaly but in gamma you can unlock the renegades unsig and sin by playing the main story missions and u will unlock them

So idk if this also unlocks the ability to spawn in different locations than the faction default ones but uh, it did for me. I just assumed that feature didn’t work in my version. Fascinating lol
