I always had a passing interest in Tool up until this album. But hearing my friend play the song's main riff at 1:14 through his Marshall amp made me fucking squeal and I've been an Adam Jones fanboy ever since. So fucking good.

Portnoy has always been my favorite drummer. Everything he does while performing is outstanding. But Carey has something special; whenever I see him play I get shivers down my spine, something Portnoy never does. I don't know what it is; it's like he puts his soul in his performance. I've listened to this song thousands of times, and the last was no different from the first; nothing short of an orgasm.

The main riff is easy and fun to play. The rhythm for the intro is also quite easy, it's just the pattern, I never manage to memorize it.
