I met this girl from damascus one time that was high AF on coke and gave me a full history of the conflict amd politics there. Everyone else was so annoyed with her and people kept checking in to see if I wanted her to stop but I was genuinely interested and I think was a funny way to learn about it. I hope she's doing well.
