I'm surprised Livid Instruments didn't give credit to Marc for the design contribution of the CNTRL:R. Almost identical except the the CNTRL:R has a smaller monome section in the middle. I prefer Marcs design in my opinion

Wow I have been doing the same thing just making my own music. I don't even know most of the names of the famous DJ's. I'm in Computer Electronics school only because I want to build my own midi controller.
