Please add IIH (Idiopathic Intercranial Hypertension) to the list. Idiopathic means they don't know where it comes from. I suspected Lyme since so many around me were getting bit & falling victims. My Neuro & docs told me Well I started to develop more & more Lyme symptoms. Not until I started to IV Rocephin did the SEVERE IIH go away mostly. I could not even walk because the pressure was so intense. Poor people go on with just IIH lable & when you try to help them they don't believe.

I was diagnosed last month. I was one month away from an IVF transfer. It was cancelled and I am devastated. I have to wait until there are no signs. Even if there are none what does this do to babies? I don't care about myself. Does anyone care about the babies?

I agree with you. Regular hypertension is on the list of symptoms. I myself about yr after getting lyme got hypertension. I know a few other people also. Plus my wt. kept going up up. Eating the same. I do believe yes it can cause intercranial hypertension. It also causes swelling of the brain. IIH if that is what I think it is they are full of it. the diseaase can effect any organ of the body.
