Giant pot of crab udon in Saigon

I think crab noodle is really hard to find in America, or even if you can find it it’s just not as good as the ones in Vietnam. So everytime i’m here, i always seek out this dish. You should most def try this if you haven’t already!

$4 usd sounds abt right to me and most natives would even consider expensive considering.
Looks good tho ngl but the last few times I ate at random food holes in Ho Chi Minh City, I was struck with a bad case of food poisoning so yeah
I can only suggest these sorts of places to those that have a strong and well developed antibodies suitable for such eating venues

This food stall is located in Ward 1, District 5. You can ask not to have pork bleeds. Actually, pork bleeds are cleaned and boiled.
