Liver problems can also be the result of prescribed medication, I have to take medication every day for my health condition, so no choice in the matter, I was told by the Dr when I went onto medication for epilepsy that my liver will eventually fail due to the meds. I find that Milk Thistle helps me.

My experience. I had uncontrollable itching. I cooked certain type of greens grown in my farmyard. I ate a lot. Next day, the itching stopped. When this particular green leaves are not available, I take other edible leaves. This also helps you. So, please add greens to your daily food. Certainly, you feel relieved from itching.

I had itchy skin at night time for years. I found that if I drank at least 1 -2 litres of water before bed, I would be able to go to bed without getting itchy skin. Also when it was intense, I found I had to get some Ice and place it on the skin directly till my skin went numb. I would also moisturize my skin before I added the ice. This helped get rid of the itch and helped me to go back to sleep. Eating healthy helps as well. I find with the cramps, I need to take large doses ofpure Magnesium. Do not get Magnesium that contains calcium, or you are negating the beneficial effects of the Pure Magnesium. Having milk or dairy will help cause cramping too. Well at least for me anyway. I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you about salt with muscle cramps. Salt is an electrolyte. It has sodium. Plus if you are suffering cramps, stay away from calcium, it will only make matters worse.
