Yes, God can make this phenomenon happen because it is possible for temperatures to reach 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) or more in Colorado in January. While the average temperatures in Colorado during January are typically much lower, weather patterns such as Chinook winds can lead to temporary warm spells where temperatures rise significantly. These warm winds can rapidly increase temperatures, especially on the eastern plains and in the foothills. Therefore, Pastor Adeboye was right. He said he prayed to God, and Chinook winds modified the Colorado weather. What God cannot do, does not exist.
