As a woman, it’s definitely just not an issue with men hating women. The main use of twitch is for streaming games, not for jingling your bells for the holiday season. Just take it to another site, it shouldn’t be this big of an issue.

this is something that annoys me so much. im a 15 year old who uses twitch regularly and i really hate seeing stuff like this pop up. also the problem extends far beyond twitch to. every mobile game ad or popup or anything is usually something similar not full nudity but coming as close as possible without breaking rules i hate it. i can be watching a completely normal yt video and have an ad pop up for a mobile game with a girl moaning or whatever and then also theres stuff that shows below the videos title too on the app. you might say “you only get shown that stuff because you look for it” but no i dont and im sick of seeing it everywhere

I do not want to see *THE NAKED BODY OF ANY ADULT PERSON.* Last time I remember, if an adult exposes themselves to a child its illegal. So why is it any different when its online at a site for minors? You adults need to get your shit in check because this is disgusting and very predetory.

As a male teenager, I would rather not have porn on my home page when trying to watch people play games. It also makes me uncomfortable to see grown-ass women trying to basically hit on people the same age as me, older and younger. (I'm not 18, and I've been using it since I was about 10, so I agree with this guy.) This shit needs fixing.

The thing is she is on those adult sites and on one of them she has over 800k subscribers so she already has a huge enough following to where she doesn't need to go on Twitch to get more people to join. It's just ridiculous in my opinion for her to do that like stick to those sites and kids will come across it unfortunately but it's advertising herself more to little kids on Twitch that I have a huge problem with.

It's also worth noting another reason people are upset is because twitch is very inconsistant with their policies. Twitch banned a girl who had sex on stream for week, and even then they let her off early I believe. While there was a girl who drew risqué (yet all nsfw bits covered) artwork who got banned for longer because of her art, while there are/were fully nude bodies allowed on the platform for body painting. XQC got banned because a SINGLE FRAME of a meme he showed had an uncensored still of something nsfw. A lot of people are upset at how twitch seems to only punish who they want to, not who they should.

im just tired of seeing explicit content everywhere it's not supposed to be. given the chance, people WILL flood any content hosting site with that stuff. can we just have a FEW sites where we dont have to see that crap? im not too familiar with them, but werent websites like tumblr, deviantart, and even onlyfans meant to be just normal websites for non explicit content? even youtube has had full on adult films uploaded

The reason the camgirls are going on Twitch and doing this is because they are making far more money on Twitch doing this than on the camgirl sites. On Twitch its easy to explain to a spouse or a parent that they spent 20 dollars on a gamer. That's socially acceptable. If they took the same 20 dollars over to Onlyfans, they'd have the parents or the spouse start asking some really uncomfortable questions.

That is incredibly predatory behavior. Reverse the gender and there would be an outrage, jail time, arrests, etc. It's "allowed" and not seen as a huge issue because it's implied expectations.
