The worst part about it is google would be the one saying who can view the sites that implement it.

Imagine the require all adsense sites to implement it.
Google could then say oh idk ban browsers that aren't chrome? And then a massive chunk of the internet would become chrome only.

This isnt just web drm
Its web isolation. Google will have the power to control every aspect of the internet.
