Neuromodulation for Parkinson’s Disease

I'm 41 years with bilateral, complete putamen infarction resulting in Parkinsonism (all symptoms except tremors) and severe, worsening movement induced dystonia in bilateral feet and legs and mild/moderate in upper extremities. I have severe 24/7 rigidity and bradykinesia. I also have ataxia, severe executive dysfunction, severe depression and lack of motivation. Medical has given up on me since day 1. I'm in Portland, OR and interested in being a study subject.

A high dose of psylocybin can improve severe motor (wheelchair) and non-motor symptoms (suicidal) by 75% for up to 6 months. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to try again and due to more traumas, poverty, and the shutdowns, I'm severely disabled.
