Well . . . many distractions. Noisy power gardening equipment below my window, which I think I muted out fairly well. (iMovie has a background noise reduction setting that works better than I ever thought it would.) I was feeling a bit scattered, and had a spur-of-the-moment impulse to invite a friend online. The invitation was declined, but the process degraded the sound immensely - reduced volume, tinny, and cutting in and out. So I deleted that part which was near the end. So this video ends a bit abruptly. Lesson learned: impulses are often (usually?) untrustworthy, maybe even dangerous.
