Hercules revised some of there stuff and look very impressive. A year or 2 ago I would have laughed at almost any power tool from harbor freight, but I think Hercules have really stepped there game up and became competitive! I am hesitant bc no real experience with them yet on there durability but I would not hesitate to try a Hercules.

That drill looks good. The new impact driver is a beast too. I've seen a test where it beat the name brands. Pretty impressive given the price.

I can confirm this drill can take a beating an will hold up dropped down some stairs from 15 feet

I entered the trades at the start of this year as a diesel tech and when i was looking to get some power tools and was asking around my coworker mentioned hercules. Ive always avoided HF power tools like theyre the plague. But ive been using the 3/8 impact, driver, and sawzall for 3 months now and they havnt let me down at all. Got their hammer drill yesterday but have yet to use it

For 100 bucks as a kit with their sale going on, buy a 5AH battery with charger and get this as a free tool, can’t beat it!

Rf engineer, i do tv and radio. Mostly decom/decon of legacy sites. I use hercules for any task and the only issue ive had is that they dont take falls like dewalt and milwaukee will. Herc the "jerk" fell 8 feet and the trigger became flacid. Dewalt bounced, got up and went right back to work.

I bought the drill driver and the clutch fell apart first time I turned it. Sent a review in and quality control intercepted it and contacted me. Exchanged that 1 and 2nd one the clutch is seriously loose. QC guy has shipped me 1 amd I have to send mine to their office for inspection

At least Harbor Freight stepped up with the warranty on these brushless Hercules. 5 years tool and 3 years for the battery. The crap warranty was one of the reasons I was shied away from Harbor Freight power tools plus I didn't think they were all that great even for the dirt cheap price. The one impact wrench I bought I used the money I saved with the coupon to pay for the extra 2-year replacement plan

Well it's not red but not to bad for a cheap drill .

Okay, so I need a new hammer drill combo. I was about to pull the trigger on the ridgid, but then I saw this. Do you have a head to head of the two? R86115B would be the Ridgid.

Hercules for the overall cost/benefit win for 70% of tools. If I tan a crew, that’s what I’d have on the job site.

How does the torque of that hold up to expensive Dewalt, Milwaukee or the cheaper Bauer for example?

Can't believe I'm the one to point out that this isn't a hammer drill. Not that it makes a difference in this test. But still...

Why are you always putting Makita tools down for low quality tools? At the end you will not have no credibility left

How many times you gonna be changing that battery when your building 15'x32' deck?
