To buy you more time I've found 150-170 peels the best, and if you need more time a heat gun is your friend. Great work as always.

Cool, I have a project coming up that is way different than yours, specialized access badges for an event. Still fleshing out the details, and waiting for artwork from the marketing team. Was thinking about anodizing but I don't want to work with chemicals. But the question of doing multi-color powder coating was the thing I was wondering about. Seeing what you did here answers that question, sort of. The next question is fine details as in how detailed can things be?

Great info. I have some questions about doing a base cost adding a decal then powder coating over it. I watched your video when you did brakes like that. But haven’t been able to make it work out for me. Wondering if you could offer more advice ?

Great video, thank you for sharing this. The parts in the video look like aluminium. Is there any other preparation needed for ally over steel other than blasting, out gassing and degrease?
I ask as I regularly do steel but have been asked to do some ally parts now.

For any engine parts do you pre heat to extract the oils that are in the pors before powder coating ? Or you just blast and clean?
