INGREDIENTS

440g bread flour
120g whole milk
200g pumpkin puree
50g granulated sugar
50g unsalted butter (chilled)
6g salt
5g instant yeast

Filling:
90g softened unsalted butter
60g dark brown sugar
60 g black sesame powder

Icing:
150g cream cheese (room temp)
180g powdered sugar
splash of vanilla extrac

🌡 Temperature and ⏲ Baking time:
200 °C - 20-25 minutes or until golden
