Unboxing my Marantz AV10 | The BRAND NEW Flagship Processor from Marantz

A quick unboxing of my Marantz AV 10 Processor. This is the all new flagship processor from Marantz. 15.4 with 4 individual subwoofer outputs. I also purchased the AMP 10, with is the amplifier designed to so with this processor.

This is a quick unboxing of the pre/pro, but I'll be doing videos about preparing my rack, unboxing the amp, and of course a review.

The amp nd processor are almost 15k for both. I wish this processor would be in my range budget. Just got the SR6015 receiver and so far in love with it. I am planing on switching with a processor, but that day is yet to come. Congrats on the purchase. Great set up btw 👌

It's a beautiful piece of engineering. I really wanted one. But at $7K, I didn't see myself going there. I bought the Emotiva RMC 1L, instead for 1/3 of the price. May you enjoy that great processor after you get the amp. So, to let you know, I'm jealous. Lol

ooh BABY! i'm breen with envy here! i have had a love affair with marantz for many a year now! and of all the products offered by them recently i must admit the AV 10 takes the cherry and places it loveingly atop my sundae!!! it IS the cherry! and i can't wait to eat it up myself! i love the look, the features.. most especially those 4 independant sub outs and dirac upgradeability!!! enjoy good sir!! hope i can join ya soon as a fellow owner! for i have the sr 80qw and am content with it till i can afford the AV 10!.. though i will likely be going with NAD's master series amps featuring the purify igentact module for amplification.. i couldn't imagine a different pre-pro!

Waiting on my amp 10 too, please let us know about the second row speakers. I have two rows and would love to have side surrounds for each row coming from this unit.

crazy idea, I notice, it doesn't have hole for racking so probably have to tap a hole so it will have a thread so you can rack it but man it is 7000 and so sexy

This amp can turn on dolby atmos and audo 3D at same time?

Doesn´t it have analog inputs? What, if you want to connect let´s say an Oppo 205 with its anlog outputs?

by the way, do you use input xlr for movie? or hdmi is better because of atmos?

Will it do Atmos or DTS:X PRO in 15.2 channels? My current AV8805 only does 13.2 despite being 15.2 processor.
