This great offering from H&N has one simple drawback. It’s 32 bucks a tin (for 225) compared to 7$ cphp for 500 pellets! Gets pricy when the materials get exotic like this.

shot a STEEL plate (half inch thick) with these going 1300fps, i set up a block of wood to catch the ricochet of the brass tip, it dented the plate (not much but more than expected) and sunk itself about 1/4 inch into the 2x4 block of wood. After digging the brass out for about 15 minutes I found that after hitting steel the tip was nowhere close to dull, bent, the only thing was a little scrape on the side that hit the steel, absolutely amazing penetration.

If you downsize the flared end it fits perfectly into 22lr casing.😊
Works better out of a revolver as it got 1300fps.😮 out of a 5.5 inch barrel

I thought it was a plastic sabot, surrounding a special material for the projectile. I don't know why, just thought that.

I have those in .25 and they really are insane, its probably the pest pellet to use for small game up to raccoon, hell even armadillo
