The possibility of having a QB that can actually incorporate anticipation and deep ball accuracy in Sark's offense will be a breath of fresh air. Holding on to the ball and generally being inaccurate were things both QB'S suffered from last year.

We saw the first signs of it in the spring game, but most folks overlooked it and continued hyping guys up.

I think Card is the best option to start and then work QE in if he shows signifiant advantages over Card over the course of the season. Not ideal to start 1st year QBs who haven’t acclimated to the speed of college football. It could hurt their confidence if not ready for it. Card at Arkansas is a good example. I think Card has a great arm and has that gametime experience (although limited) that is so important. Plus he has a year in Sark’s offense which is so complex.

Ian Boyd makes it sound so easy for the team and it makes me want to believe instead of taking the wait and see approach but he has a point of these coaches can develop like they’re supposed to then team should be dramatically better i do believe the o line will loook much better cause i believe in flood so much having come from Rutgers he’s shown he doesn’t need 5 stars for success🤘🏽

I know this doesn’t necessarily “fit” Sark’s offense, but offensive fit only applies to players really not schemes and plays. If you want 2 backs on the field why not have power speed options? Midline, veer option stuff. OK St runs it regularly from the gun

Gotta find away to get "the other Robinson "the ball..He is the most explosive player Texas has on an offense that has the best running back In The country and probably the best returning receiver in the big 12.Also Whittington minus the Injuries is probably who we thought he was coming out of high school..Hopefully he can stay healthy

I know everyone is excited about Ewers, but i'm not ready to quit on Card. He still has the ability to improve and get better. Wasn't happy how the fanbase turned on him so easily.
