What people fail to realize is that RDJ always dyed his hair and used tons of subtle tan makeup to look younger when he played Tony Stark.
By 2009 his hair was already greying, and his face was already aging well into Avengers 2.
We're now simply witnessing him going by with zero aesthetic production.

He’s aged 5 years since Endgame and is nearing 60. He’s also probably not on that Superhero exercise and diet routine anymore. He was almost certainly dying his hair to appear younger in movies as well. He was already starting to look noticeably older during Infinity War/Endgame. He’s also very open about being a former addict, which takes a long term toll on the body. I think he looks like a normal man in his late 50’s.

Also let’s not forget what happened with Chadwick Boseman before he passed with people making fun of, speculating on, and criticizing his appearance only for us all to find out he was going through stage 4 cancer when he passed a few months later. So sure, it COULD be because he’s struggling adjusting his nutrition for a vegan diet… but let’s just leave the man alone.
