I did a quick speed calculation - using the crossbar hit at 4:50, I count it as 28 frames at 30 fps to go from foot to crossbar (0.93 seconds)
That distance was scoped at 30 yards, which makes it just over 100km/h (65 miles/hour).
That's fast!
