I enjoy this video and the new construction technology, but I have a question for the ability of this type of building to resist storms. How strong storm can they stand?

looks efficient, but its a 7 story building? Each module must be very rigid. I guess the ones in the bottom is structured with more reinforcement, but this building probably has alot more steel compared to a normal apartmentbuilding to secure the structural integrety. also, you can not swap out the wooden modules, you have to remove all modules ontop to replace a module. There should be seperate modules for concrete-steel and wood-steel. and probalbly seperate modules for floor, walls etc.

I like it but anyone who has lived in a flat will tell you the main problem is the like of space between one floor and the next so they you do not feel on top of each other, hearing conversation downstairs.These don't have the gaps either
