Deduplication and RDMA... holy cow! I'm pretty old school. I built my first computer in 1999 and got my MCSE on Windows NT. This stuff is mind-blowing!

Installing two 2019 servers today. Will be installing into a 2012 Standard, 2012 r2 and 2016 AD network spanned across 5 physical locations. Been playing with Honolulu and will be installing the Admin Center version.
When complete and see AD replication, will let it cook for at least a week then start seeing what I can do with new features. I believe the deduplication is going to rock!

Is the local cluster aware of the Azure copy of the protected VM's, so the cluster can fail over to the Azure copy when needed? If so, how can end users access the Azure copy of the protected VM once it goes live, would that require a site-to-site VPN?
