I've only flown like 3 times in my entire life. On one of the flights, I had just flown back to Ohio from Texas. For whatever reason, once we landed we had to sit in the plane on the tarmac for about an hour. We didn't even pull up to a terminal or anything, so there was no escape. About 45 minutes into this delay, some unknown person let loose the most unbelievably foul fart I have EVER smelled. I'm talking an absolute nuke that probably could have suffocated small children had they been too close. NEVER in my life have I EVER smelled anything like it, before OR since. I honestly can't describe how bad it smelled...probably like the fucking dead, decaying body of a person who had died in a small apartment 5 days ago with the heater on full blast. I was one of the first people to smell it (although I never heard anyone let loose so I have NO idea where this fucking bomb came from), so I was like the second person to open the air vent above me on FULL blast. It was hilarious watching people open their vents on full blast one by one down the length of the plane as the smell hit their noses.

It took about 10 minutes of the entire plane having their vents on full blast to fully clear the smell, and 5 minutes after that they let us off. I still to this day can't fathom that it was simply a fart that escaped out of that unknown person's asshole that day and not a full 10 pound shit, but I deliberately looked for MASSIVE brown stains on the pants of someone in my vicinity as we disembarked the plane and saw NO evidence of an assplosion. But after smelling that unholy smell, I can absolutely believe that an airline would have to evacuate an entire plane due to a fart, because I have experienced it firsthand and it scarred me for life.
