Way back in 2001 I had wanted to get my dad a copy of C & C Red Alert 2 for Christmas, but for some reason not a single store had any in stock even though there were tons a few months prior. I eventually found out that stores pulled it from their shelves because on the inside cover it showed the New York City skyline with multiple buildings on fire including the World Trade Center.

All of these years later that piece of Syphon Filter trivia reminded me of that.
