Smart & Final fined for discriminatory bag policy

It most likely wasn't the color of his skin but his mannerisms and appearance in general. Absolutely ridiculous and weak for him to sue for somehow finding offense in what is a very normal request in every store in my city. It only ever pisses off the thieves. Normal Joe's don't care and understand why stores do it.
This is seriously a pathetic lawsuit by a fake victim.

Probably like the people who are told they can't do shopping unless they have shoes on and says it's because I'm *insets race* isn't it? I'm white, even 5 years ago I've not been allowed to wear backpacks in stores. It's not racial, it's a security measure.
