I realized why Jesus is Good today ! Thank you Holy Spirit !
Wow !
Because verse 21 above doesn't just refer to the rich man but to Jesus himself.
He sold all he had and became human and gave to us, the poor ! And he followed his father completely unto death. What is that if not good ?
The first verse throws people off sometimes and some people who don't believe that Jesus is God use that to say he didn't call himself God. Yes he didn't call himself God. He didn't need to. He was good. He was perfect. Peter and the others worshipped him without him even calling himself God. That is pure perfection. To behave so perfect and good that people worship you and you dont even have to tell them to do it. But I got away from the point.

The point is, Jesus you are good.
No one else.
