I recall the 2002 movie "The Time Machine" where the time traveller went to the year 635, 427, 810, or about two thirds of a billion years into the future. The movie showed the Earth as having more of a rustic-colored sky filled with heavy clouds (and of course a whole bunch of those skull-shaped Morlock cave entrance structures).
