Both cars have seats out and other weight reduction. The main difference here is the transmission and who it's tuned by. White car is Max Effort tuned. Black car is tuned by R32 Tuning

Mod for mod, 8 speeds tend to do better than the 10 speeds in the 1/4 mile, 10 speeds own roll racing though and there's not much you can do to bridge that gap

Both cars run hard, interesting matchup would be the blk car getting a “max effort” tune. See what’s what, shifting every second isn’t necessarily the best thing for an ohv v8. Needs some time to be in it’s mid-upper power. Check out every 6th gen record…it’s an a8, not an a10 🤷‍♂️

I'd say the biggest difference here is who tuned them. A10 is likely slightly better but not that much better.
