While changing from minute to second, we multiply with 60. For example, 2 minutes is equal to 2 x 60 = 120 seconds. And similarly, we divide with 60 if we are converting from seconds to minutes. For example, 240 seconds is equal to 240/60 = 4 minutes. There is small mistake in this video which is rectified here. Hope this helps.
