Quail Egg Appetizer

Welcome to STUDENT MEALZ! How to make Quail egg appetizer? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p

== INGREDIENTS ==

Quail eggs
Cherry tomatoes
Boiled shrimp
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Cognac

== RECIPE ==

1) Boil the quail eggs for about 3 - 5 min (until they’re hard boiled)
2) In the meanwhile make the cocktail sauce:
3) Add 1 teaspoon of ketchup and 1 teaspoon of cognac to 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
4) Stir well
5) Cut the tomatoes in half (horizontally, so along the short side)
6) When the eggs are done, scare them in cold water
7) Peel the cutie eggs
8) Also cut them in half (horizontally, so along the short side)
9) Take a small glass (I used a shot glass) and place ½ tomato in there
10) Place ½ egg on the tomato
11) Top it with a teaspoon of cocktail sauce
12) Finish off with some shrimp on top
13) Your bite size appetizer is done :)
