Here's the answer to the homework question:-
Manures are better in the long run. This is because manures don't harm the soil as fertilizers do. During rain the fertilizers may get washed away and cause water pollution. This may lead to algal bloom and contamination of water whereas it is not so in the case of manures. Manures also add humus to the soil making it porous and ideal for agriculture. Manures are eco friendly and cost effective even. They can easily prepared by small farmers even, on the other hand, fertilizers are costly and harmful for environment and are artificially prepared in the laboratories and industries.

I think manure is better for a long run because it acquires limited amount of irrigation it is also essential for the soil to be fertile and does not cause any harm to the plant it is made up of organic matter not from chemical so it maintain the soil structure also thank you for the session 🙂
