Pile #2 I believe this is talking about me leaving the country I was born in, and the psychic vampires are my narcissistic, controlling, and abusive "parents" and the toxic country/environment and it's people in general. I have always known I don't belong here, and this was only meant to be a dark night of the soul, a temporary thing, so I could learn about individuality and of my own divinity, by giving me unacceptable circumstances for me to realise I am not at the mercy of them and come into my own power to change things and create my own story, instead of living on others'. It's a culture and place and people that are the complete opposite of what I am in every way, so I couldn't possibly get lost in the external world, and was forced to turn inwards, so I could see the reason why I am what I am is not because of any external circumstance or conditioning, but because of who I am on the inside, so the external and the way they tried to bring me up had to be the opposite of who I am, of my values, my worldviews, sensibilities, inclinations, for me to realise that. But this was only supposed to be a lesson facing my personal hell so I could come into my own power, for me to see that even when I am faced with my biggest fears and the worst has happened, I could never lose myself. This expectation to play a role that doesn't reflect me, and assume this fake identity and life, has messed me up and traumatised me. And just being in this toxic third world country, in this low vibrational, backwards environment and culture, having seen what I saw, and being exposed to this shit and being told I should think this was normal and that this was my home, when that couldn't be further from the truth has really disturbed me to the core. I have been gaslit and invalidated all my life, and now I will finally have my chance to escape and go live my life. And I do have to move in secret. They can't know of my plans to leave or where I am going. I will do what I have always known I needed to do and cut them off completely. They think they own me. They don't. They never have and never will. I do struggle with intrusive thoughts, OCD, and overthinking as a result of all the trauma and abuse I have faced.

I was thinking I need to write and write let it flow and all out I've been feeling so much anger and resentment towards me ex who betrayed me amd left me 😢now hes acting as if he did nothing messaging me makes me so angry I need to release it I'm going to write it all then burn 🔥 it let it go I need grounded to heal and ground myself so much I've been being drawn to go to the ocean i hvnt in a long time
