If you're watching someone else's video and there is no CC button displayed, that means the YouTube channel owner has disabled captions. They may choose to do this if they have not added accurate captioning and would rather not display the (sometimes embarrassingly) inaccurate automatic captions.

Your best bet is to comment on the video or contact the YouTube channel owner directly to request accurate closed captioning be enabled. Sometimes all you have to do is ask!

@java techie, sir, can you please throw some light on vertx, off-late, I'm using the toolkit to build some apps. Still in PoC stage. Please if you can make a video of it in comparison to spring-boot and supporting libraries. It would be really helpful.
